Product Versions
Faulkner Technologies provides several versions of ElasticApps to customers:
ElasticApps Enterprise - EAE is a fully supported version of ElasticApps and includes online customer portal, product updates, bug fixes and customization as well as Email and Telephone Support.
ElasticApps Community Edition - EACE is an open-source version of ElasticApps, which is available under the ElasticApps Public License (EAPL). This product is supported by a limited community without warranty or support by Faulkner Technologies.

Knowledge Engine Enterprise - KE is a fully supported version and includes online customer portal, limited bug fixes, customization as well as email support and telephone support. Note - this product is no longer supported for new commercial customers.
Knowledge Engine Community Edition - KECE is an open-source version, which is available under the General Public License (GPL). This product is supported by a limited community without warranty or support by Faulkner Technologies.
